It is very important to have regular cleanings and examinations of your mouth, teeth, and gums. The greatest single factor for avoiding dental problems is how well you clean your mouth. Most dental professionals recommend routine checkups twice a year. The regular cleanings are necessary to clean areas of your teeth that your toothbrush and floss won’t reach.
